The Making of a Lab-Grown Diamond

From a tiny seed to a brilliant gem—discover how we grow real diamonds with precision, care, and zero compromise.

Seed Selection & Preparation

Our lab experts begin by carefully selecting high-quality diamond seeds—tiny carbon crystals free from imperfections. These flawless seeds are positioned on a metal disk, ready to begin their transformation.

Reactor Placement & Growth Initiation

The metal disk holding the diamond seeds is placed inside a diamond-growing reactor. We use both advanced techniques—HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)—to ensure optimal growth conditions.

Crystal Growth Phase

Over the course of 10 to 12 weeks, carbon atoms are broken down and begin to deposit onto the seeds. Under the right pressure, temperature, and gas composition, the diamond grows atom-by-atom, layer-by-layer, transforming into a rough diamond.

Formation of Rough Diamonds

Once fully formed, these rough lab-grown diamonds possess the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural mined diamonds—without the environmental or ethical cost.

Cutting, Polishing & Finishing

Each rough diamond is sent to our state-of-the-art facility, where it is cut and polished by expert artisans using advanced laser technology. The result: a brilliantly crafted diamond that rivals any mined gem.
